Whether you place your order online or by calling our remote reception team, you choose the three hour delivery window that’s most convenient for you. The earliest window is 11am-2pm, latest time slot is 4:30pm-7:30pm (except for Sundays when our delivery hours 11am-4pm and the order cut-off time is 2:30pm). Every delivery driver is accompanied by a “Jumper”, a trained Patient Advocate who handles each transaction and can answer any questions you have. We make our deliveries in white cargo vans with no identifying graphics or logos for a discreet delivery experience. As part of their daily responsibilities, Jumpers sanitize the interior of their vehicle at the beginning and end of every shift and clean their hands after every delivery. They are also completely outfitted in PPE including face masks and gloves as they have since the beginning of the pandemic.

Drivers and Jumpers dress in their own style but we require them to wear a Rev Clinics I.D. badge so patients can instantly know who they are when they arrive. To ensure you’re able to accept your delivery in person and to give you time to be ready, your Jumper will text you just before the delivery team leaves the dispensary or when they’re just minutes away from your home. If you need to reschedule, now is the time to do so!  If you’re good to go, put your mask on and get your payment ready. When your masked Jumper arrives, you must present your MA MMJ card (by law, we are only permitted to deliver to the address on your MMJ card or the address of the caregiver you list in your MMJ application) as well as your MA state driver’s license, state ID or a passport. You’ll also need to sign the Jumper’s manifest and provide payment in the form of cash or debit card. The entire socially distant process takes a maximum of ten minutes with the same level of comfort and discretion you’d expect from your favorite takeout service.
