Cannabis, Yoga & Wellness Class @ 110 Fawcett

Join us on Earth-day for a Cannabis, Yoga and Wellness class hosted by our own Brittany Howell at our 110 Fawcett St. location from 6:00 – 7:00pm. During this class we will discuss:

Postures commonly practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body.
The class does move at a slow and steady pace.
Time is spent breaking down sun salutations and other poses fundamental to a Vinyasa practice.
Props and modifications offered for proper alignment and ease in the postures.
Bring a yoga mat, plenty of water and a willingness to accept all what stumbles on your path with open hands — the good, the bad and the ugly!
