Rev. Clinics Patient Advisory: Virtual Gateway System Migration This Weekend

Massachusetts’ Virtual Gateway system will be transitioning to a new platform. We would like to warn patients this transition MAY lead to longer than usual wait times in-store. We appreciate your patience and cooperation with this transition; we anticipate the new system to help streamline transactions once implemented.

We will not be able to dispense to:
-Caregivers
-New Rev Clinics Patients
-Newly Registered MA Medical Patients
-Temporary MA Patient Card Holders (Initial Access)

IMPORTANT

Furthermore, during this transition period our dispensary locations will only be able to serve customers who have previously visited that specific Revolutionary Clinics dispensary location.
For example –
A patient with an active MMJ registration who has ONLY visited our Somerville location will have no problems making purchases this weekend at our Somerville dispensary at 67 Broadway. Unfortunately, for this weekend only, the patient described above would not be able to visit our Cambridge location at 110 Fawcett Street.

A patient with an active MMJ registration who has ONLY visited our 110 Fawcett location will have no problems making purchases this weekend at our Cambridge dispensary at 110 Fawcett street. Unfortunately, for this weekend only, the patient described above would not be able to visit our Somerville location at 67 Broadway. Any patient who has already visited both of our Revolutionary Clinics dispensaries could make a purchase at any of our retail dispensary locations.

Additionally, our Delivery and Pickup programs will be unavailable until the Cannabis control Commission completes their transition to their new patient portal.
